Terms of Service
Last updated September 16, 2026
These are practical storefront terms for Stackwell digital downloads, written in plain English. They are not legal advice.
1. About Stackwell
These Terms of Service apply to purchases from Stackwell (“Stackwell,” “we,” or “us”) through usestackwell.com and Stripe Payment Links. By purchasing or using a kit, you agree to these terms.
2. Digital products and license
Stackwell sells digital kits, templates, checklists, and related files. Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, limited license to use the files for your own personal work or your own business operations.
You may adapt the materials for your work and keep copies for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense, or redistribute the files, or use them to create and sell a competing template or kit product. Stackwell retains ownership of its original materials.
3. Educational and operational use
The kits are educational and operational tools only. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, employment, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any template to your situation and for your own decisions and results.
Stackwell does not guarantee income, clients, sales, employment, business results, or any particular outcome.
4. Delivery and support
After payment is confirmed, digital files are delivered by email. Please use an email address you can access and check spam or promotions folders if needed. For delivery or file problems, contact samnhowAI@proton.me. Our Refund Policy explains the limited situations in which we can provide a refund.
5. Payments and third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe’s checkout and terms may also apply to your transaction. Stackwell does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the site and digital products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Stackwell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the site or products. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Stackwell’s total liability for a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal proceeding relating to these terms should be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Iowa, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the store or products change. The version posted on this page applies to future purchases. Questions about these terms can be sent to samnhowAI@proton.me.
