Stackwell is a small storefront for digital downloads. We collect only what we need to take payment, deliver files, and provide support.

• Email: We use the email address connected with an order to deliver your files, answer support requests, and resolve delivery or payment issues.
• Messages you send: If you contact us, we receive the information you include so we can respond.

How we use information

We use order and contact information to process and confirm purchases, fulfill digital downloads, provide customer support, prevent or investigate fraud, keep basic business records, and meet legal or tax obligations.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments and related transaction data under its own privacy terms. Email is handled through Proton Mail or the delivery service used to send your purchase. These providers process information to provide their services. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies and similar technology

Stackwell does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies on this storefront. The site is mostly static. Stripe checkout or third-party links may use cookies or similar technology on their own pages, governed by those services’ policies.

How long we keep information

We keep order and support records for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer service, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We delete or remove information when it is no longer needed, where practical.

Your choices and rights

You may contact us to ask what personal information we have about you, request correction, ask us to delete information where we are not required to keep it, or ask questions about its use. We may need to verify your request and may retain information required for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
